This is the office of regional executive authority of Kazakhstan.
His organizational structure is defined by the duties and powers of the local state authorities. The office is located on 74A, Abylay khan Avenue. It is a part of city administration center built at the end of 1930-s and the beginning of 1940-s. It is a three-storied building of L-shaped planning. The entrance to the Administartion office is located at the joint at the corner of two parts of the building. There is a dome and a balcony over the entrance door. All the details and façade elements, columns with ionic capitals play role of decoration for the office without any functional meaning.
Those decorative elements make the Administration Office look great and solemn, emphasizing its important role among the other buildings of the district.
Under the dome there is a row of small windows with rounded upper part. This makes the House of Administration look peculiar and elegant.
