Dr. Jacobus Coenradt Elmendorf House at 175 Green Street
Overview
Reviews 0

This house served as a Methodist Church during the time when the Dutch only allowed other religious denominations to hold services in private. A settler would add a meeting room to his home for that purpose. The house also served as a tavern conducted by several generations of the Elmendorf family.

Continue walking on Green Street.
