Standing at number 11 Church Street the Duder Homestead was built in the 1860s and is one of the oldest houses in Devonport. Robert Duder, a son of early European settlers in Devonport, bought the house for his new wife Polly (Mary Ann) to move into when they married in 1880.

The extended double cottage features steep gabled roofs, dormer windows, French doors and a simple and unembellished verandah. Members of the Duder family lived in the house for 90 years. The building has also been used as staff accommodation for the former Masonic Hotel and has a category II historic rating.

Directions to Point 13 - Holy Trinity Church: Continue to walk up Church street where the street splits into Vauxhall Road to the right while church street continues straight ahead. Just before the split stop on the footpath.
