La Fagiana

The La Fagiana farm specializes in the cultivation and marketing of superfine Carnaroli rice.
The company began producing rice after the war, and for years it has piled it by hand with a very small production for family use.
Today the partial mechanization of the cultivation and of the husking has allowed the increase of the production, which however preserves the characteristics of an artisanal product.
