Le musée Les mineurs Wendel

The miners' museum Wendel is located in Petit-Roselle near the city of Forbach.
This museum traces the history of coal mining in Lorraine. By browsing the site of an area of ​​1800m2 you discover the life of the miner the day before his descent to the bottom of the mine. From models, photos and multimedia documents that present the miner's environment before its decent at the bottom of the mine. Guided tours are usually offered by former miners who will make you relive the past of the miners with emotion.
