Loetje’s steaks have been famous for years in Amsterdam and beyond. What started out as a local bar and billiard hall grew into a little empire after Loetje started serving steaks. You can now enjoy their tenderloin in gravy from Overveen on the west coast to Gorssel over in the east. But the best view is here on the IJ waterfront, in a spectacular modern building, with huge windows looking out at the city across the water.
