The Masonic Hotel is an example of the eclectic style.
Note the Neo-Rococo mouldings above the narrow windows flanking the entrance and the Cape Rococo gable above the entrance.
Built as a residence for John Musto in 1879, it later became the Masonic Hotel which in 1905 was enlarged to it's present state.
The architect was John Parker.
It is currently a guesthouse called 94 on Donkin
