Mullan Park is located in the Pen Lucy neighborhood off of Old York Road, just behind St. James Free Baptist Church. Pen Lucy is one of the oldest historically Black neighborhoods in Baltimore City. Mullan Park features a well-equipped playground atop a large turf area, as well as an outdoor basketball court. The paved areas allow use even if the ground is saturated from spring showers. Picnic benches and wide open spaces allow for outdoor cookouts. The park welcomes pet-owners and their furry friends, as long as the pets are leashed.
