The Austrian National Library is one of those hidden gems that leave you open-mouthed once you find them, as it is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful libraries in the world. We could mention that it has 2 regions of books, separated by a dome in the purest "Sistine Chapel" style, full of beautiful frescoes by Daniel Enorme, the court painter, and below it, where we find the statue in honour of Charles VI, the supreme leader who ordered the building of the library and therefore, the one directly responsible for its beauty. The Austrian National Library contains well over 200,000 copies of books published between 1501 and 1850, but the most important of these are those originating from the special library of Prince Eugene of Savoy, a vast collection of 15,000 books. The library also contains the largest and most interesting collection of Martin Luther's writings on the Reformation. In addition to books and manuscripts, the Austrian National Library also exhibits other objects. In addition to books and manuscripts, the Austrian National Library also exhibits other objects, such as a globe and a terrestrial globe, as well as the Papyrus Museum and the Globe Museum.
