Pedestrian street Stroget. One of the most famous sights of Denmark can rightfully be called Stroget Street. Its name comes from the Danish word "stroge", which in translation means to walk. You will be surprised, but you won’t be able to find this street on the map. The thing is that it is more of a tourist route than a geographical object, and includes as many as five streets. This street is famous, first of all, because it is the oldest and longest pedestrian street in Europe. Just imagine, its length reaches 2 kilometers. This street was opened in 1962, and since then its popularity among tourists and residents of Copenhagen has only increased. There is a sea of first-class hotels, original Danish restaurants and cafes. Also, this street, due to the abundance of tourists on it, is a real paradise for street performers. And at the very beginning of the street on the right side is the Guinness World Records Museum, there is an interesting object nearby, it is a man whose height is 2.74 meters - the tallest man in the world. And we need to move forward along the pedestrian street, and then before we reaching the fountain, turn left.
