Prince Regent pub
Overview

It is probable that the Prince Regent public house dates as far back as 1676 when it was called 'the Portcullis'. The present building has the appearance of being slightly younger, dating from c. 1725 but subsequently rendered. In the 19th century it was called the Regent Inn and was a coaching inn for the Rover Coach which plied between Chobham and London.
