Saint Benoit Fransız Lisesi
Overview
Reviews 0
On Kemeralti Caddesi, a long wall closes off an L-shaped building that houses the St Benoit High School. Its most prominent feature is a bell tower dating back to 1427 when Benedictine monks founded the church of St. Benoit here. In 1583, Jesuit missionaries established a school for Greek and Jewish boys on the site. In 1839, a school for girls was added to the complex. Normally, this is closed to the public due to security reasons.
