The drama theatre.N. Orlova-The official opening of the theater took place in 1921 with the production of the play "the Price of life". In the same year, the theater was named after Zwilling. 1973 brought changes in the creative life of the theater - from August of this year to August 1, 2003. the theater was headed by one of the most famous Directors of the Russian province, people's artist of Russia Naum Yuryevich Orlov. In 1986, the theater was awarded the honorary title "Academic"for its high creative achievements. In 1998, the theater won the "Window to Russia" competition.
