Thu Thuy Green Agricultural Farm owned by Mr. Dinh Xuan Thu is located in Nam N'Jang Commune, The farm has an area of over 52ha which was planned, designed and built following the model of closed Garden-Pond-Cage with organic standards. It includes 20ha of pepper, planted under forest canopy; 12ha of pine forest; 15ha of mixed forest for water resource protection; 5ha of road systems, along with cages for chickens, cows, goats, farms and fish ponds.
This ‘Green’ farm has been cherished for many years since 2000, when he officially began to make a system of roads, ponds, cages, and to plant more trees, pepper and fruit trees. After 18 years of continuous learning, researching and improving knowledge of techniques, organization, and business management, the production is continually increasing. To date, many products have gained a very good reputation with high-quality brand names, including black pepper, red pepper and white pepper, which are regularly supplied to the domestic market as well as exported to America and France. Currently, he has been investing in breeding strawberry from Korea, Japan and New Zealand, feeding dairy cows, and developing eco-tourism.
In addition to the regular exchanges in the province, particularly, and in the country generally, Mr. Thu has also focused on promotion and building economic linkage with foreign companies such as the Son Ha Spice Company of the United States and the Ned Spice Company of the Netherlands, to directly connect the markets to farmers and expand international trade. Due to its continuous efforts, Thu Thuy Farm officially received the USDA-JAS-EU Certificate from the Control Union to export products to high-standard markets (Japan, USA, Europe).
The farm has received the Certificate of Merit “Typical product in five consecutive years” (2013-2018) from the Prime Minister, “Outstanding Individual in five consecutive years of the Vietnam Agricultural Structure Program” from the Minister of Agriculture and Rural development; Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Farmer's Union, Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee, Associations and Organizations ... From the time of establishing, the farm has created jobs with stable income for over 30 local laborers with an average income of 5-6 million VND/month.
