he Municipality of Tirana is a municipality in the Tirana Region in Albania.
  Municipality Includes the capital of Albania, Tirana, as well as the administrative units Zall-Bastar, Zall-Herr, Shëngjergj, Dajt, Kashar, Farkë, Ndroq, Vaqarr, Petrelë, Bërzhitë, Krrabë, Pezë, and Baldushk.
The Municipality of Tirana is bordered on the north by the municipalities of Vora, Kamza, and Kruja, on the northeast by the municipalities of Klos, on the east by the municipalities of Bulqiza and Librazhd, on the south by the municipalities of Elbasan and Peqin and on the west by the municipalities of Rrogozhina, Kavaja, Durres and Shijak .
