Here's Novokuznetsk Transfiguration Cathedral - the oldest orthodox cathedral of our city. It was built in XVIII century. Transfiguration Cathedral has been the highest building of Kuznetsk Uyezd and one of the highest among all Siberian buildings for a long time. Unfortunately, the cathedral was ruined back in 1935 and has been in reconstruction since 1988, but you still can enter the church and admire its classic architecture.
