Inspiration and Description:
The Keeper's artist was inspired by the neighborhood's iconic images like the Mayberry Middle School mascot, the panther. The black and gold colors are a reflection of Wichita State University, one of the area's oldest institutions for higher learning.
Artist:
Baxter (Slim) Stuber is a native Wichitan who enjoys working on oversized projects like the McAdams Basketball Courts and the Beachner Grain Elevator. His favorite medium is spray paint, which he used on this Keeper.
