Wibs Bar is the most visited college bar in shippensburg. Many college students spend their whole weekends here. Wibs is usually just a hot spot for drinks however they do sell sub par pizza and wings. sometimes there is a mechanical shark, like a mechanical bull, and it is a much loved night by the students and shippensburg community. You have to be 21 to get into the building.
